The BG-FC-CTO10AM coconut shell carbon block filter cartridge is a premium 10-inch carbon filter (9.75″) manufactured with high-purity coconut shell activated carbon that absorbs harmful contaminants and improves the appearance and taste of your drinking water.
The coconut shell carbon block technology is an eco-friendly and renewable resource for water purification. A carbon block filter provides better contaminant removal than a granular activated carbon filter (GAC filter) and provides an excellent cost-to-performance value. With high chlorine reduction, great dirt-holding capacity, and greatly reduced carbon fines.
This AquaFre filter cartridge is a high-performance 100% coconut shell carbon block filter providing a flow rate of 3 gallons per minute and a 12,000-gallon capacity. It will fit all standard reverse osmosis system filter housings (also commonly called 2.5″ x 10″ or just 10″).
